Teen Ministry

God's heartbeat for young people is clearly evidenced in scripture: Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity."
(1 Timothy 4:12 NKJV).

 

The vision of our Teen Ministry of TICC is:

1. To empower teens to be uncompromisingly committed to excellence in every area of their life.

2. To teach and mentor teens to live lifestyles of purity and sexual abstinence.

3. To teach teens the Biblical value of developing a servant's attitude.

4. To assist and guide teens in selecting and pursuing academic and vocational excellence.

5. To teach teens to become financial champions, by learning the principles of saving, tithing and sound financial management.

6. To train teens in making wise and spiritually sound decisions, in the area of dating and other personal relationships.

Xcellerate meets once every week, on Fridays from 7pm to 9pm, at the church. It is open only to teens (you must be between thirteen and nineteen) and their parents.
