The Pacesetters

The Children Ministry of TICC is known as "The Pacesetters," because we understand that we are raising tomorrow's leaders. Most parents would agree that children ministry is much more than a baby sitting service. In today's society it is very important for children to grow up knowing and pursuing God's purpose for their lives. That is why in our children ministry, we focus on creating an environment for children of all ages to hear God's voice, through Biblical lessons taught at their level and in a language that they can understand.

The Mission of Our Children Ministry

The mission of our children ministry is to teach and establish the Kingdom of God in the hearts of children with whom we come into contact. We are fulfilling this mission by leading each child into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ; helping each child develop a sense of belonging within the faith family; providing an environment conducive for children to grow spiritually; teaching children what it means to walk by faith; and helping them develop a Kingdom mindset from an early age.

We have exciting classes for your child to attend with many games and lessons to learn about Jesus based on each child's age.

Walking With Jesus Daily (ages 2 and 3)

We know that preschoolers love to learn, so we combine high-energy activities with Bible stories, fun songs, crafts, and guided playtime.

L-A-M-B-S (ages 4 to 6)

LAMBS, stands for Living as My Bible Says! This is the class designated for Kindergarteners. We captivate their curious minds with a combination of engaging Bible lessons, crafts, comical puppet characters, and fun-filled songs, while at the same time laying the foundation for God's Word that will hopefully become the building blocks in their lives later on.

C-P-R (ages 7 to 12)

CPR is the acronym for Children Pursuing Righteousness. This is our designation for children ages seven through twelve. For this age group, we provide them with captivating learning experiences in an engaging and fun- filled atmosphere. Illustrated Bible lessons, interactive skits, games, and radical worship reinforce that living for God is the best thing out there. With each lesson, each show or game, we are systematically teaching these young minds Godly principles that will give them sound, Biblical and moral foundation for life. Your children will have a true knowledge of who God is and be able to share Jesus with others wherever they are.

 

Child Security and Sign-in

Our children ministry runs concurrently with all scheduled services, so parent as well as the child can receive ministry at their respective levels, building up the whole family. Each child must be signed into a class, by an adult – parent or caregiver. And sign in for the children begin as early as fifteen minutes before the start of each service, and ends a half hour after the start of service. After which children will have to stay with their parents in the adult service sanctuary.
